| After reaching Grade 15,the player can learn guide power. You can creat faction by the office in each city after you master the stunt. Then you can press Faction or shortcut key[G] to open faction management list,and check the information. |

| After the creation, the initial state is Grade 1. There is little function to use,just can chat. Players can use bureaucracies to upgrade. The upgrade requires stated money and corresponding guide skill. As the upgrade,the functions of faction will become much more powerful.Faction insignia,bbs,warehouse etc. will appear. And the faction has the possibility to upgrade to school. |

The chairman press Faction or shourcut key [G] to open the faction management list,select [Faction Management], then points the role who intends to join, select [Invite to join]. It will pop up an optional box to the player who is invited. Select "Agree" and can join the faction. |

The chairman can alter the positions of members to vice-chairman,member etc. by [Position Alteration] in the faction management list.. |

| The faction can own its unique insignia.However,only chairman can upload the insignia. And the picture must be *.bmp of size 16*12. Put it into the installated files of \Image\munpamark,then select [Upload Faction Insignia] in the office where created the faction, and then input the name of the image and confirm to upload. |

| Players in the faction can chat by selecting Faction Channel in the chatting frame on the bottom left corner. |

| There are two ways to quit the faction.The player's quit himself or chairman kick him. Open faction management list ,select [Kicking Member] (Only chairman can use this function). Or the player who wants to quit open the management list ,select [Quit Faction]. But he can't creat new faction or join others in 3 days. |

| Only chairman has the power to disband the faction.Just select [Disband Faction] in the office.But the disbandment will make the chairman get some punishments:Discrease experience points by 5%,and can't creat any new faction or join others in one week. |
