Hello everyone, today we want to discuss the playstyle of MSO magician, specil thanks to kknd who brought this guide to us, well let?s check it together! Hope you will like it!
What is called a magician? Shall we call someone who use QiiGong as a magician? The answer is no! Now I will explain some main points of a real basic magician.
First, a magician should mainly use QiGong to attack mobs.
Second, once he/she uses weapon to attack ppl or mobs, the DMG is quite low cause a real magician add none/little of the STR or DEX.
Third, a magician would become a "disable person" when he/she has no MP.
Fourth, a magician mainly train Fire, Gold, Water these three element QiGong to attack ppl or mobs cause there got none attacking skills neither in Earth or Wood element QiGong.
A Magician has gorgeous spells and his/her DMG power can be very high! What?s more, the magicians in MSO have distance attacking skills and effect skills such as frozen and stun and so on.
The disadvantages of a magician can be concluded into 3:
*Low DEF. As you know you just can not get both high DMG and high DEF at the same time.
*Always be the first target when pk or group pk. People would not have good impression to those high magic DMG magicians lol.
*Easily be killed. Playing a magician needs good operation skill. If you are lack of this, you would be easily killed when pk XD.
It would be very hard during the early stage of a magician but once you overcome this you would be very strong later! When the skill level is low and DMG power is not so high, don?t be sad about this and never compare with others? same level WaiGong. Finally when both of your passive skill level and skill level are high, you will soon find the great "charm" of a magician. Kekekeke...
Well after reading what I talked above, we already have a general idea about what is called a magician, now let?s continue our magician journey!
Some people are just wondering which skill can be used to kill mobs to level up and which skill can be used in pvp. Well generally speaking in the current MSO, a magician only has 6 main attacking skills!!(We do not talk about the un-coming real QiGong Skills)
Fire element QiGong: Da Mo and Hom Lian
Water element QiGong: Fong Dau and Sha Yan
Gold element QiGong: Tien Lei and Fong Lei
Ok now let?s explain these 6 skills:
Da Mo: Single attack, continuous harms
Hom Lian: Group attack, the only one AoE skill of Qi Gong skills
Fong Dau: Single attack, can slow target?s moving speed
Sha Yan: Single attack, can freeze target and it also has continuous harms. (Freezing target means that the target can not move any longer but it still can make attacking)
Tien Lei: Single attack, gorgeous skill
Fong Lei: Single attack, can stun target. (Stun target means that the target can neither move or make attacking. We should distinguish it from freezing)
So which skills we can use to kill mobs to level up?
AoE skill is needed in MSO! I think I need not explain why ba? So Hom Lian is necessary and I think every magician should learn this skill and train! It?s better to learn two single attack skills. Cause the skills have a certain freezing time and you just can not double spell a same skill. Here I suggest you guys not to use Fong Dau and Sha Yan at the same time cause when the target is frozen by your Sha Yan but if you use Fong Dau following, that would make it move again. Beside that, I think you can use any two single attack skills at the same time.
Well then you just want to ask which skill has the highest DMG power? I am sorry but I just can not answer you cause no one will answer you unless he reach the top level of each skills. Maybe you can refer to the senior players lol. Every skill has their own feature, and in my opinion, every skill is fine and useful! Oh come on you said you want to train all these 6 skills? Of course you can but first of all you should ensure that you have time to train these. And if you really done it, YOU ARE THE SUPER MAGICIAN!!! But anyway I suggest that two single attack skill and a AoE skill Hom Lian is enough!
Then here comes about the pvp. Well I can tell you that most of the magicians use Sha Yan and Fong Lei when pvp. Sha Yan has freeze effect and Fong Lei has stun effect. Kekeke... If the warrior is frozen by you, he/she can not move close to you. And if the warrior or magician stun by you, he/she can not attack you anymore. If you want to increase the winning rate in pvp( I am sorry in my opinion there?s no absolute winning), Sha Yan and Fong Lei is necessary! Now another problem comes. When your target is also a magician or Dart or Bow, freezing become useless, and at this time, I suggest you use another high DMG Qi Gong skill and use Fong Lei together to fight! For example, Do Mo and Tien Lei??
Ok we can make a conclusion that we can use Hom Lian and other two single attack skills to kill mobs to level up. And use Fong Lei and Sha Yan(or other high DMG skill) in pvp. I think it is also the training method of most magicians.
